Sandstone block with decoration executed in raised relief. The scene represents Thutmose III wearing the red crown and turned right followed by his . Above his head the inscription mentioning his names. Only the upper part of the king's crown, fragment of inscription above the royal and fragment of inscription above the king are preserved.

Found by the Swiss Institute of Architectural and Archaeological Research on Ancient Egypt in Cairo (B XXXI, lfd.Nr. 30194) together with C 243, they were built into at least eight-layer wall, most probably an inside coating of the Roman shore terrace.
